Delegate Shott moved to amend the bill on page 3, section 3, line 5, after the word “authorized” by striking out the period and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

            “with the following amendment:

            On page 19, after subsection 14.6.1., by striking out all of section 15, and renumbering the remaining sections accordingly.”
